The Association is open to the entry and exit of Participants. Participants in the Association include its founders and members (full members and associate members) – enterprises admitted to the Association that adhere to the Association’s Charter and follow the decisions of the Association’s General Meeting.
Any enterprise or association of enterprises wishing to become a member of the Association and accepted by the Association’s Presidium can become a Participant of the Association.
The procedure for obtaining and terminating membership in the Association is defined by the Association’s Charter.
The Association has two categories of membership: full and associate. The Association’s founders are its full members from the moment of the Association’s state registration.
Associate membership in the Association is granted based on the decision of the Presidium to accept a legal entity as an associate member.
Full membership in the Association can be obtained by legal entities that have been associate members for at least three months. The decision to grant full membership status is made by the Association’s Presidium.
Participants in the Association have rights and obligations as defined by the Charter.
Full members participate in the General Meeting with voting rights, while associate members have advisory voting rights.
Participants in the Association are required to pay contributions in the manner and amount specified by the Charter.
Membership in the Association is terminated upon the exclusion of a Participant from the Association or upon the Participant’s withdrawal from the Association.
Exclusion of a Participant from the Association is carried out by decision of the Presidium in the following cases:
Liquidation of the Participant.
Court decision declaring the Participant bankrupt.
Failure of the Participant to meet the requirements provided by the law and the Charter.
